Maison Jean Vilar

For research and writing on theater, there's the library housed at La Maison Jean Vilar. It was closed today as it is every Monday.

Library hours: Tuesday to Friday 13h30 to 17h30. Saturday 10h00 to 17h00.
It's located at #8, rue Mons.
Walk to the place de l'Horloge. It is opposite l'Hôtel de Ville at the end of the little street.

Yesterday, Sunday, the city seemed deserted. Today, it was bustling--lots of energy on the streets as people prepare for the festival which begins on the 6th.

Across the square is l'Hôtel de Ville (City Hall). There's a great sculptor's exhibition there: Lorenzo. He works with metal. I thought it was absolutely beautiful.
