Voici Michael.
Voilà Sheila.
They were extremely nice and helpful. They allowed me to leave the books I was going to continue to use on the table where I had been sitting. It was cool yesterday (80 degrees). The library didn't feel air conditionned... I don't know if there were copiers...I didn't pay attention. I'm trying to narrow down my ideas for my essay. I found this great book called "Apprendre aux jeunes à aimer le théâtre" (Teaching the young to love theater) by Roger Deldime (2006). It was a 12 page manifesto which was very well written. I found it inspiring, and there were hints of Artaud, without ever mentionning his name. It was comprehensible with concrete ideas to helping young people enjoy theater. Deldime is involved with Le Théâtre de la Montagne Magique in Bruxelles: http://www.theatremontagnemagique.be/
I plan to see the Empereur's Nightingale which is one of the plays that will be performed for kids and families during the festival.
Here's what I want to link: Artaud, Genet and his play "Les nègres", colonialism & post colonialism and adolescence! Crazy...
I do not claim to be able to do this, but these are the keywords guiding my thoughts.

Does the program have many plays specifically for kids? teenagers? families?
Wow - I'm really digging this blog! Looks like an awesome experience so far.
Happy 4th of July, my temp-ex-pat pal.
If you're feeling homesick, or just want to show your new friends some of your school, a subset of the year end slideshow (though still a too lengthy 23 minutes) can be viewed here. (.wmv)
Bring home some cool music with all your new ideas.
Wow, The couscous avec poulet looks delicious. It looked like the perfect day. Can't wait to see what you come up with. Please continue to keep me updated
